a large publicly listed company, I find myself in the midst of staff performance reviews and planning workshops for the 2011 and 2012 years. Whilst I acknowledge the time taken up by these reviews and workshops, I am also very aware of the importance of this time spent in preparation, reflection and completion of these very important processes to the success of any business.
